Mastic Man London was founded to fix a simple problem: most sealant jobs are done as an afterthought — rushed, cheap silicone, no prep, black mould within a year. We do the opposite.
Our story
We started out on high-end residential refurbishments across Chelsea and Notting Hill, where the finish had to match the fittings — think marble worktops, brass hardware, and no room for a wobbly bead of silicone. That standard became our baseline.
Fifteen years later, we still work on those same jobs. We also seal new-build kitchens for national developers, reseal shared bathrooms for London letting agents, and rescue mould-plagued family homes across every borough. The finish is the same.
We're small, focused, and permanent staff only — no subbies handed the job at 4pm the night before. Every crew is trained in-house and every job is checked before we leave.
